Digi Aqua™ is a system to help you, as a water technician/plumber, to get more jobs. It connects you to clients, without you marketing yourself. It helps you with your profiling, administration, and growth. Digi Aqua™ aims to save as much water as possible, with your help.

What we do

Digi Aqua™ is a system that connects you to clients (homeowners, facility managers, property owners, insurance companies, municipalities, entities etc.), for you to fix their water problem at the shortest time possible. This helps to save them money and helps us save the country water.  

How we do it

Digi Aqua™ will achieve the value to you and the client, through the following easy steps:

1)     The client will create a job card of their water problem i.e. blockage, installation, leak etc. The system will alert you of the job card, based on your skills to do the job.

2)     You, the Digi Aqua™ Water Technician, will create an estimate quote of your services on the system. The required material will be paid for by the client (onsite).

3)     Once you submit your estimate quote, it will be availed to the client.

4)     Should the client choose your quote, the client will make a 50% deposit via Digi Aqua™ to you.

5)     You will have the opportunity to visit the client’s property to inspect the job and confirm/edit the quote on the Digi Aqua™ system.  You will also advice on the best material for the client to buy for the job.

6)     You will be expected to take a before-job photo and an after-job photo, to upload onto the system. Including the invoices/receipts of the material used (even if it is paid directly by the client).

7)     Once the material is availed by the client, you will start attending to the job using quality material from reputable retailers.

8)     Once the job is done to the client’s satisfaction, the client will alert Digi Aqua™.

9)     The outstanding amount of the confirmed/readjusted quote will be paid to you accordingly.

How to become a Digi Aqua™ Water Technician

Take note of the following, for your application:

·       You need to register by creating an account. You can start the process and continue later.

·       For registration, you will need to fill in your personal information and provide supporting documentation. You can upload the photos or scanned documentation later (the system will save your information until you return).

·       Required documentation:

1)     Identity card

2)     Proof of residence/affidavit

3)     Relevant qualifications (if you have)

·       Required resources:

1)     Smart phone that can follow directions (navigation system) and one which you can be contacted on

2)     A decent (phone) camera to take photos of before, and after job photos + invoices/receipts

3)     Your own work tools

4)     Your own personal protective equipment (PPE)

·       Once your information is in order, you will be notified (within 7 working days) of the successful application or you will be advised on any issues to assist you become a Digi Aqua™ Water Technician.

·       Once your application is approved, you can create/edit your profile as an official Digi Aqua™ Water Technician.  

·       Once your profile is ready, you can go online and start attending to the jobs near you.
